THE GREAT REJECTION OF GOD’S GRACE

Before the Son of God, Jesus Christ, came to the Earth, only the Hebrew nation of Israel knew of the grace of God. And that grace had limitations in terms of its distribution upon the Israelites. In other words, God’s grace was conditional upon the Israelites obeying the commandments and laws that we find in the first five books of the Old Testament (i.e. the Pentateuch).

But, centuries later, when their Messiah came to them as promised, they rejected Him to the point of nailing Him to a cross. At which point in time, the saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ became available to the entire human race … without price … and without the “works” of the Old Testament.

Since that time, the whole of mankind has had the opportunity to receive the nature of God through simply believing upon His name. No gimmicks … no fleshly sweat!

And those that have believed down through the centuries have borne witness of the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead; for, they have had the witness of the Spirit within themselves, giving them the grace and power to live a sober and godly life.

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” (John 1:12-13)

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” (2Peter 1:4)

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Now, the fascinating aspect of all of this is the fact that, even in the midst of our current crooked and wicked world, this grace is STILL available to any that would call upon His name. The New Testament is STILL in EFFECT! The door is STILL OPEN for ALL who would enter in! Even as you are reading this, the Father’s love is pleading with the inhabitants of the Earth to come to Him in order that they might be saved and receive eternal life.

So, what’s the problem? Why are we witnessing such a steady deterioration of the hearts and minds of men in the midst of such a wonderful offering of the grace of God?

Well, first of all, part of the answer lies in this scripture:

“Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.” (Romans 1:21)

“Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man … Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.” (Romans 1:22-23,25)

In just one area of our everyday experience, we see this happening with the advent of a never-ending supply of inventions and gadgets that, rather than glorify God, only serve to fulfill the lusts and the global agenda of their creators. This has never been more applicable than in the realm of artificial intelligence, smart phones and quantum computers. Technology has now reached a point where AI can take the leftover data and imagery of a deceased person and “resurrect” that person digitally (complete with a speaking hologram of the deceased) in order to conduct an ordinary conversation with that deceased celebrity, friend or relative as though they were standing in the same room together!

Does that sound familiar? It’s the technocratic version of “necromancy” (i.e. conversing with the dead). And you can bet that there are demonic entities on the other end of that “artificially intelligent” connection that are just lusting after the opportunity to talk “sweet nothings” into your heart, mind and soul! Many will be deceived into thinking that it is actually their deceased loved one or celebrity hero speaking from the grave to them personally. Because, through the same AI data storage (commonly known as “The Cloud”), those same demonic entities will also know everything about YOU!

“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient” (Romans 1:28)

“Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful” (Romans 1:29-31)

Take a moment to go back and reflect on the significance of each one of those evil characteristics. If that doesn’t describe our current state of affairs … then what does?

Secondly, another part of the answer involves a fulfillment of prophecy.

Most Christians are familiar with the term “falling away” and many controversies have sprung up around that term.

There are two main English usages of this particular term in the KJV New Testament. One is found in Hebrews 6:4-6

“For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.”

This scripture has been a stumbling block for many Christians in terms of the debate over “Once Saved, Always Saved”. But that’s a discussion better left for another time.

The other is found in 2Phillipians 2:3 which speaks concerning the timing of the return of Christ:

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition”

There is a distinct difference behind the meaning of each of those two usages.

In the letter to the Hebrews, the use of the term, “fall away”, is the Greek word parapiptó, which implies a “falling back or sliding away from”. In other words, a person who “backslides” or “falls away” from beliefs he once held as true.

However, in the letter to the Thessalonians, the term “falling away” comes from the Greek word apostasia, which implies an actual “revolt or rebellion”.

Paul prophesied about a time right before the Lord’s return of an outright REBELLION or REVOLT against God. In other words, there would come a time when the entire world would be united in a deliberate, determinate and fierce REJECTION of anything pertaining to the worship of the one and only, true God.

Do you see the difference now? One involves the deliberate determination of a particular individual to no longer walk with God. The other represents a world-wide pandemic of evil beings whose hearts are duly set against God for the purpose of establishing Satan as God upon Earth!

This revolt is not only against God, but also against His followers.

And while they take pleasure in doing these evil things (which you can witness every single day on your Hell-A-Vision), they are REJECTING the most precious commodity upon the Planet Earth:

GOD’S GRACE!!

Have you ever wondered why some of your friends and family appear to be totally ignorant of the evil agenda that is happening all around them … especially those that are actively participating in such evil works?

It is this author’s opinion that we are NOW living in the very fulfillment of Paul’s prophetic event … which is an ongoing REVOLT of corruption against the hearts and minds of men … ultimately leading up to the revealing of the man of sin. And when he appears, he will…

“…oppose and exalt himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped” (2Thessalonians 2:4)

As one beholds the evil attempts by the corporate media, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions and our own government to normalize pedophilia, bestiality, gender dysphoria, homosexuality, BLM violence and other diabolical activities that seek to destroy the very fabric of American society (and social structures worldwide), he is moved to watch and pray continuously! And not just watch and pray; but be so in tune with the Holy Spirit as to live each day in the expectant hope of God’s total victory and deliverance!

So …

“… sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.” (1Peter 3:15-16)

As the world tries desperately (under the influence of Satan and his human minions) to replace God in their lives with their demonic controls, remember that our Father has made provision for His children even in the midst of such chaos and darkness.

We need never be moved by the fear of our already-defeated foe.

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.” (Proverbs 18:10)

“Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.” (Psalms91:5-6)

“Because thou hast made the LORD … even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee…” (Psalms 91:9-10)

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)

“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” (Romans 8:37)

“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:38-39)
