Here’s another letter from a dear sister in the Lord, Gloria. It goes to the heart of our walk in the Lord in the midst of our present day struggles within a world that is increasingly bombarded with chaotic fear, doubt and unbelief! May her “early morning” musings bless your soul.

 

Here is what has occurred to me in the wee hours of this morning: 

To save me…the GREAT GOD ALMIGHTY does not need ANYONE or even MANY ONES to agree with my Faith in Christ: God needs only ONE THING according to Romans 10:9-10 in order to “SAVE” me: 

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

“For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.”

So I am NOT ashamed. I believe in my heart and that is what makes me RIGHT in God’s eyes. What I may be in the eyes of others is ultimately irrelevant.

It is not easy to stand in the presence of those we love and clearly experience their disbelief and disapproval. But that is “only human”. And then there is God: with His PEACE that passes all understanding: His peace that floods the hearts of all those who choose CHRIST’s FAITH over this world’s fear. This has been proved over and over in history and in life.

It would be too long a story to fit into this text: the list of the proofs in my life. But here are a few recorded in history: 

Noah and his family survives the flood and saves the human race; 

Abraham and Sarah have their first child when they are about 100 years old; 

Lot and his family is saved from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah because Lot trusted God’s angels above men; 

Daniel made the lions close their mouths instead of devouring him; 

While Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego stood inside the flames of the hottest raging fire on earth and did not burn; 

David as a small boy too frail to wear a suit of armor killed Goliath with a small rock; 

The innocent man Jesus hung painfully on His cross and forgiving all humanity died for us…then He was raised from the dead and ascended into the Heavens before witnesses and sent down the Spirit of the Fire of God Almighty on Pentecost: 

In all these things we see clearly that God honors His people ONE by ONE. God is not running a mob ruled by a majority vote or an unrestricted “democracy”. 

The world, our friends, our family, our spouses, our business associates, our churches … DO NOT NEED TO VOTE IN OUR FAVOR. 

When we embrace the Wisdom of His Spirit, when we see clearly through the eyes of Christ what is REALLY happening in this messed up world … we rise to the height of ELYON’s grace … and become UNTOUCHABLE in the High Tower of the Most High God! 

Amen! KNOW THIS IS TRUE!

Just had to get that out in the Air: now you have heard the testimony of Heaven’s Courts: 

What we perceive in God’s revelation is the measure of our integrity.

Saying it … knowing it … endeavoring to live it … is the measure of our confidence and peace under His gaze!
