Have you noticed that with the election of Donald Trump something has changed on the world’s stage? Things have become clearer … but not in a good way!
Before the election (and during the last eight years in particular), America as a whole fell into a slumber created by a politically correct, socialistic mentality. Consider the darkness that has gained a foothold in America and in the world … the following are just the tip of the iceberg:
1) The rise of ISIS in the Middle East
2) Hoards of migrants invading Europe, thereby destroying their individual national identities
3) The LGBTQ movement leading to the perverseness of transgenderism … even into the bowels of the educational system promoting confusion among our nation’s children as young as 5 years old
4) Legalization of “gay” marriage
5) The explosion of political correctness to the point that freedom of speech has been assaulted almost to the point of extinction
6) The takeover of mainstream news outlets that unabashedly promote a socialistic agenda instead of reporting actual news events … and now those same entities are trying to censor completely those independent news agencies on the internet that expose their activities
7) It is now legal for the US government (CIA) to propagandize its own citizens through the manipulation and leaking of fake news, videos, movies and false flag events
8) A false narrative of the evils of Russia to send us back into a “Cold War” mentality
9) President Obama signing over 250 “Executive Orders” … bypassing Congress in order to make laws without the consent of the people … and he continues to do so even after the election
And probably the most horrendous of all, 10) the total apathy towards the revelation of widespread pedophilia not only in Hollywood, but in political circles here and around the world … even reaching into the highest echelons of the White House and Royal Family! It’s not “fake news” and “conspiracy theory” as the demons of liberalism would have us to believe … IT’S REAL!
While this mind-numbing agenda has been marching on, Christians have just continued in what they normally do … living life as usual. But now that there has been a change with the election of Donald Trump, something has been happening around the globe that will continue to grow in intensity. Hopefully American Christendom will finally wake up to the fact that…
…THE POWERS OF DARKNESS ARE MANIFESTING THEMSELVES LIKE NEVER BEFORE!
Have you noticed that all the forces opposed to this new change are desperately fighting to tear it down before it even gets started? News outlets … liberal politicians … foreign governments … agenda-driven groups such as Black Lives Matter and the LGBTQ … are all buzzing with a new vibrancy and strategy to take down America with its new administration.
As long as “apathy” reigned in America (especially among Christians), the powers of darkness just subtly simmered beneath the surface … quietly gaining influence and promoting its evil agenda. But now, with the election of Donald Trump, it’s as though all the powers of hell are manifesting themselves out into the open to make war against this new emergence of political “light”!
Even feeling free now to say “Merry Christmas” in public (as Trump did at one of his victory rallies) is perceived as a threat to the entrenched Satanic minions!
To be sure, President Donald Trump is NOT the savior of America, the world or of humankind. However, he does represent a change of course which the powers of darkness in this world are afraid of and refuse to acquiesce to.
So, what does this mean for today’s Christians? Simply this:
We now have a short space of time (a respite, if you will), granted to us by God, to finally put away childish things and get serious about our relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The time is short! Once the evil powers of the liberal, leftist and socialistic agenda take control again (which they inevitably will), there will not be another opportunity. The “restrainer” is now at work to give us a window of time in which to prepare ourselves spiritually for the persecution that is not only coming to America, but is already dramatically manifesting itself in other parts of the globe! So, let us know…
“…that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.” (Romans 13:11-12)
Far from being a time of peace and relaxation, we need to be aware of the great spiritual battle which is now going to ensue with greater and greater intensity! The scriptures have repeatedly and clearly warned us ahead of time:
“Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.” (Luke 21:32)
“And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.” (Luke 21:34)
“For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.” (Luke 21:35)
“Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;” (1 Peter 4:1)
“That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.” (1 Peter 4:1)
“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” (Luke 21:36)
